I had a very good stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my experience even better. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a good size and basic amenities provided. I also appreciated the hotel's attention to detail, such as having a bathtub in the room and offering an early check-in option. The location was convenient, with eateries and a convenience store nearby, and it was easy to get a tuk-tuk. this hotel offered great value for money and I would definitely recommend it.
All was ok.

Absolutely nothing. It was a nightmare. However the staff were friendly enough.
The place is completely Run down. It was so dirty and unkept that we were tempted to leave however it was only for a night so we had to grin and bare it. Could not wait to leave!

I loved the cleanliness of the hotel and its facilities, including the massage parlor, cafe, and restaurant. The parking area was ample and I could easily hire a car from there. The hotel is in a quiet area, but the location is still convenient because there are food stalls nearby, and the city center is just a ten to fifteen-minute walk away. Compared to the food in the city center, the food here is much cheaper.
No negatives from this place.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Good size. Near eateries, convenience store. Massage parlor, cafe & restaurant on-site. Ample car parks. Easy to get tuk tuk. Can check in as early as 7am.
Didn't dislike anything about the property.

The hotel location is great for those who want some peace and quiet. It's also near a pedestrian bridge that links into the railway station. There are few food stalls nearby at affordable prices. The room is clean, comfortable, and of a good size. The hotel has its own massage parlor and restaurant where breakfast is served.
The water pressure in some of the rooms is not very good, and the soap dispenser and fridge are broken in some bathrooms. The quality of the food is inconsistent, and customer service is sometimes lacking.

I recently had a great stay at this hotel in Hat Yai. the location was perfect for me as it was in a quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. It was a bit of a walk to get to the main attractions, but I didn't mind as it gave me a chance to explore the local neighborhood. Additionally, the hotel had a pedestrian bridge connecting it to the railway station, which was very convenient. Secondly, the prices at this hotel were very reasonable. I found it to be great value for money, especially compared to the higher prices in the city center. Lastly, the staff were friendly and attentive. They made sure that my basic amenities were well taken care of and even provided me with a clean and nice room. I was pleased with the attention to detail and the comfortable stay.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.

The hotel amenities are basic, yet adequate. the location is a bit far from the city center, resulting in limited dining options like small cramped cafes, but there is ample space to park in the street. Though it may be difficult to find transport, the clean and comfortable rooms with hot water showers and cold air-con provide a comfortable stay. the friendly and helpful staff make the stay enjoyable. Upgrade to a room with balcony for additional perks.
Some guests may find the hotel’s door to appear less sturdy than expected.

The romantic decorations in the room added a cozy touch to our escape. the breakfast they served was delicious, and it included local dishes that we enjoyed trying out.
The lack of customer service. the staff seemed uninterested in helping us with our requests, and their attitude was unprofessional.
